STX Need a couple things.... HELP me find them please :D

I need to find nitrate/phosphate free bacon. I've tried Annaly and theres no local bacon its just the prepackaged stuff. Maybe I am asking for too much but I was always able to get it in STT at gourmet gallery. I don't care what it costs. Would LOVE to buy local bacon. I get all my meat at Annaly including pork but they don't have bacon... I don't get it.

I also need a restaurant supply store - need a dozen oil bottles for my flavored oils - broken most of them. Kmart had these but they are discontinued and I don't like the look of the cruets and cant do the $20 ones at the nice stores.

Need tapioca flour - I feel like it should be here somehwhere as red mill makes it and we have that brand of coconut flour and almond flour. Also flax meal and - grass fed butter. Like the bacon I've looked at kmart, CUL, Plaza, Quality foods, stop and shop. I can order it if I have to but really finding I am super limited to GOOD heathy ingredients here. STT was just a trip to gourmet gallery. It cost a fortune but then again so does cancer - so we try to eat pretty clean and last month I started paleo diet which is really strict about additives. WHAT a difference - I feel like a million bucks and lost a bunch of weight.
